This home is in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale. It was professionally furnished and staged with all brand new lush linens and creatively chosen decor pieces. A large cabana outback provides covered dining and a BBQ for outdoor entertainment. The home had updated bathrooms, kitchens, and gardens. This is a very safe neighborhood called Coral Ridge Isles in Fort Lauderdale. We are close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. You can comfortably take long walks through the area. The closest supermarket is about 6 blocks from the house.

There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
